Applications are invited on Prescribed Admission Forms from the Eligible Candidates for ADMISSION in First Year of BS NURSING (Generic) (4 Four Years Programme) & BSC NURSING (Post RN) (Two Years Programme) for the Academic Session 2014-2015 at Begum Bilqees Sultana Institute of Nursing (BBSIN) as per details given below:

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 
1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION FOR BS NURSING (GENERIC):  The Minimum Qualification for Admission is Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (HSC) Pre-Medical Group i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at-least 50% of Marks passed during the year either 2012, 2013, or 2014 only; OR any Equivalent Examination from any other Board or Institution recognized by IBCC (Inter Board Committee of Chairman -Islamabad) as such with 50% of Marks passed during the year either 2012, 2013 or 2014.
2. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION FOR BS NURSING (POST RN):  The Minimum Educational Qualification of candidate for Admission to First Year BSc Nursing (Post RN) Course is:
a) Diploma in General Nursing (03 Years) with at least 2nd Division dully verified from concerned Nursing Examination Board
b) Diploma in Midwifery (or any post Basic Specialty) (01 Year) with at least 2nd Division dully verified from concerned Nursing Examination Board
c) 2 Year Clinical Experience of Clinical Job in any Recognized Hospital
3. Valid PNC Registration
4. Medical Fitness Certificate
5. Proficiency in English Speaking, Reading and Writing
6. Only Females
7. DOMICILE & PRC:
a) Candidates for Admission in BS Nursing (Generic) under the categories of District Merit, Overseas/Local UEAP Self Finance must be Permanent Residents and Domiciled in respective Districts of Sindh
b) Candidates for Admission in BSc Nursing (Post RN) Whole Pakistan basis. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:  Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Admission Office of the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, PUMHS, Shaheed Benazirabad, Nawabshah, on Payment of Rs. 2,000 (Rupees Two Thousand) (Non-Refundable) through Bank Challan in favour of PUMHS Admission Account No. 14397900266801 in Habib Bank Limited, (PUMHS) Branch, Nawabshah w.e.f: MONDAY 9th FEBRUARY 2015.
