NOTICE OF ADMISSIONS DOCTOR O PHARMACY FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2015 (ONLY FOR GIRLS)

Applications on prescribed Admission Forms are invited from the Eligible FEMALE Candidates for Admission in First Year of Doctor of Pharmacy (5-Years Programme) for the Academic Session 2015 at the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, PUMHSW, Nawabshah (SBA) as per details given below:
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 
1. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:  The Minimum Qualification required for Admission in First Year Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm-D) Programme is Higher Secondary Certificate in Pre-Medical with the subjects of Physics, Chemistry and Biology with at least 55% of Marks passed during the Years 2012, 2013 or 2014. Examination from any Higher Secondary Board other than Sindh or abroad should have been recognized by the Inter Board Committee of Chairmen-(1BCC) Islamabad.
2. DOMICILE & PRC:  Candidates desiring for Admissions in Pharm-D must fall under the Categories of District Merit/UEAP. Hence Permanent Resident and Domicile Certificate of the respective Districts of Sindh (Except Karachi) are must.
3. PROCEDURE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORM:  Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Admission Office of the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSW), Shaheed Benazirabad, Nawabshah on (Non-Refundable) Payment of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) with effect from, 16th FEBRUARY 2015. The Challan Forms may be collected from the Admission Office of this University. (Last Date for Submission of Application Form is : Saturday, 28th FEBRUARY 2015 after which No Application Form will be accepted / entertained. 4. ISSUE OF ADMIT CARDS FOR ENTRY TEST:  Admit Card for appearing in the Entry Test to be collected by the Applicants from the Admission Office of this University from 4th to 7th MARCH 2015 during Office Hours.
5. ENTRY TEST:  The Eligible Candidates applying for the Admission in Pharm-D will undergo through ENTRY TEST to decide their Merit which will be arranged by the Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, Shaheed Benazirabad, Nawabshah on SUNDAY 08th MARCH 2015 at the PUMHSW.
